Minneapolis, MN--October 26, 2006-- Spanish and psychology senior Patty Cote gets a light Thursday morning on the smoking deck behind Stub & Herbs. Cote said she really likes the smoking ban because she smokes less when she goes out and doesn’t come home smelling of smoke.
